Can I return this if I change my mind? 

For our made-to-order products, we’re unable to accept returns unless your order never arrived, came in with a defect, or we sent the wrong item.

For curated global finds, returns and refunds may be possible depending on the item and supplier—just let us know what’s up, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I get something custom-made? Absolutely, babe—sometimes! If it’s one of our made-to-order items, I can totally customize it for you. Sadly, I can’t do customizations for curated global finds. But bring me your ideas anyway and let’s see if we can make your dream design happen.

What’s the deal with shipping? Oh, honey, I’ve got you:

• How much does shipping cost? Free for all U.S. orders. For international orders, shipping fees apply and vary by location.
• How long does shipping take? Most U.S. orders take 2-9 days. International? A little longer—think 7-14 days.
• Where do you ship to? Everywhere! If there’s a mailbox, we can deliver to it.
• How can I track my order? Once your order is processed and packed, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.

How do I know if this will fit? Check the size chart on each product listing. We've got all the measurements laid out for you—because guessing games are no fun. Are your products handmade? Some of them, yes! If it’s handmade, the listing will let you know. For the rest, we partner with incredible suppliers who help bring my curated vision to life. They’re pros, and trust me, your items are in good hands.
